The snow on the East Coast has helped to set the scenes for some on-site filming for CSI: NY. Here are some great behind the scenes photos of Melina Kanakaredes & Eddie Cahill working on a scene for the show.
The thing that strikes me as odd is that two of the crew members don’t seem to have dressed for the weather. One is in shorts, one in short sleeves. What’s up with that?

Here are some candid photos of CSI: NY star Melina Kanakaredes and her daughter Karina Eleni Constantinides. The two were spotted while out Christmas shopping this week in Hollywood, California.
I’ve seen extremely few photos of Melina’s daughter, so this is a very rare treat. I think she definitely resembles her beautiful mother, don’t you think?

First of all, I had not heard this rumor. I would have probably freaked out if I had in light of all the cast members who have left the other two CSI series in the past couple of seasons. I really like Melina Kanakaredes and hope she stays on CSI: NY until it completely ends.

These photos were taken at the premiere of My Life in Ruins last month. I think it’s cool that the actors get the time off to go enjoy themselves between shooting the seasons. It’s almost like summer break from school, only better.

This is the big week on CSI: NY where we will see the team lose one person and where everything goes haywire. We know that the show is going to get intense during these two episodes and it is going to be amazing. One of the episodes was written by cast member Melina Kanakaredes too. Last night, CSI: NY star Melina Kanakaredes was a guest on the Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson. She was there because she’s getting the word out about the upcoming CSI: NY episode she wrote. It will air on May 13 and it’s entitled Grounds for Deception.

Here’s some fun news for CSI: NY fans! Melina Kanakaredes, who plays Stella on the show has actually written the next-to-last episode this season. It’s got lots of intrigue and the story arc involving the Greek coins will continue and get more intense.
I was interested when I ran across this information about why she wrote the episode the way she did. It’s also pretty cool to find out that she will play her character’s mother too in the episode. That’s going to be cool! Check it out:
