Here’s a bit more info about the upcoming CSI: Miami episode where Eric Delko will start to work on teh side of the defense attorneys. I think it will make Horatio and the team very sad to see one of their own working for the other side of things. But he has the experience and a guy has to make a living, right? It’s a far sight better than picking up things along the road where he was when Horatio encouraged him to train as a CSI…

OMG!! This spoiler for an upcoming new CSI: Miami episode, Delko for the Defense looks extremely interesting! We had been wondering what Delko would be doing after leaving the CSI team. I guess he decided to go work for the defense attorneys as an expert witness. It’s pretty upsetting to me to think he would change loyalties this way, but I guess we’ll have to see how it all plays out.

CSI Trilogy: What Are Your Reactions?

Last night, we saw the third part of the all-CSI crossover trilogy. I was so excited to see Laurence Fishburne on all three CSI series, and I knew the story would be gripping. I was not disappointed about either. But I felt just a bit like the three parts were a bit too different. Is it just me?

I get it that the same group was taking girls and forcing them into prostitution and when they refused to cooperate they would dismember them and dump them. And I get it that the girls were being trafficked all across the nation by crazy truckers. And I get that pimps in Las Vegas were fighting over turf and would hijack each other’s girls. But it just seemed a bit like each of the series’ portions of the story were too disjointed from the others. Maybe that’s just me…?

I loved Langston getting to work with both Horatio and Mac. And I loved the idea of a series of crimes that moved from city to city. But it seemed to me like the M.O. of the crimes changed too drastically with each city.

I could be completely wrong about it. I would love to hear your input about the three episodes. Do you think they tied together smoothly enough? Did you think the differences in the crimes on each of the segments was necessary or clear enough? I would love to get your opinions and hear what other CSI fans have to say. He brought a wonderful sense of humor to a show I loved last season that was canceled, Eleventh Hour. Now, he’s going to bring his gift to CSI: Miami fans. That’s great news for us!

CSI: Miami References From Other TV Shows

This is hilarious! Because CSI: Miami has such an iconic look and Horatio’s sunglasses, other shows are beginning to copy it. They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so that’s definitely a great thing!

Here’s a clip from the cast and crew of the show House. In it, the cast members all show us their most “elegant” goofs and it’s put to the intro song for CSI: Miami. And to tie it all together with the CSI: Miami theme, they all put on their coolest sunglasses, a la David Caruso. I love it!

This image to promote the show Supernatural is not as flattering to the CSI: Miami sunglasses segments. But I still say that the fact that they are using it and make references to CSI’s Horatio is always a good thing. It means that the sunglasses and Horatio are so ubiquitous that they don’t even have to make reference by name for us to all “get” it.

Laurence Fishburne Does an Impression of David Caruso

This is a very cute video clip! As you know by now, next week will be the huge, all-CSI crossover event. This was filmed with Laurence Fishburne who plays Dr. Ray Langston on CSI: Vegas and David Caruso who plays Horatio Caine on CSI: Miami. They begin to tell us about the crossover, but before they really get into it, they start to tease each other.

Laurence decides to do an impression of David…you know, with the sunglasses. What he does is very funny! And it’s clear that the two had fun working together.
