CSI: Miami – Episode 8.02 – Hostile Takeover
Air Date: September 28, 2009
Well, this is interesting. Adam Rodriguez is not listed as being a part of episode 8.2 of CSI: Miami. I don’t know if this means that he’s in the hospital, still recovering and hasn’t made it back to work, or if he’s not coming back, or what. Now, I’m really intrigued and can’t wait to find out what happens to him!

CSI: Miami – Episode 8.06 – Dude, Where’s My Groom?
Air Date: TBD
This sounds like a bachelor party from hell. Or the plot of a summer blockbuster comedy movie gone horribly wrong. Either way, it also sounds like a really good start for an investigation. And I’m sure the team will do a great job of getting to the bottom of it all:
STORY LINE: Two groomsmen wake up handcuffed together and covered in blood, with no memory of the raucous bachelor party the night before. Worse, the groom is missing… [Source: SpoilerTV]

Well, this is an upsetting CSI: Miami spoiler, I must say. I have really loved the romance between Calleigh and Eric. I don’t want to see them have problems. But then, with all the news about Adam Rodriguez stepping back from the show, I guess it stands to reason that the couple would have some issues…
Got any scoop on the Eric-Calleigh romance on CSI: Miami? — Jackie
ADAM: Let me ask you this, Jackie: How would you feel if your lover shot you? A show rep promises that the bullet Calleigh fired will have huge repercussions in the season premiere. Plus, since it took seven years to get those kids together, so don’t expect a smooth ride. [Source: TV Guide]

CSI: Vegas – Spoiler – A Change for Greg
September 3, 2009 by Lynn

I’m glad that after nine seasons of CSI: Vegas, the team member are getting to move into new positions and get promotions. In the real world, it be long overdue. We found out a few days ago that Nick will get a promotion this season, but now, thank goodness that Greg will have some changes too:
Is there any scoop for Greg on CSI? We’ve heard something about everyone else but him. — Janelle
ADAM: Interestingly, Janelle, Greg shares your frustration about being overlooked. Executive producer Naren Shankar tells me that he’ll get to gripe about his role on the team when Sara (Jorja Fox) comes to visit. Even better, Shankar says his complaining will pay off: He’ll get a new job. [Source: TV Guide]
Vote for William Petersen for an EWwy Award!

I know. I hadn’t ever heard of an EWwy Award either. But it’s a new one given by Entertainment Weekly, thus the EWwy. They know that many of us feel that our favorite actors have done amazing work on their shows for many years, but have never been given an Emmy. They fell it’s time to acknowledge them with an EWwy instead.
There are lots of nominations, but the reason I’m posting this about it is that (finally!) William Petersen, who brilliantly played Gil Grissom on CSI: Vegas for nearly nine years is nominated for an award. I hope you’ll go make your voices heard in support of William winning. The site with all the niminees is here. And these are the nominations in William’s category:
Best Lead Actor in a Drama Series
- Josh Holloway (Lost)
- Michael Chiklis (The Shield)
- Denis Leary (Rescue Me)
- Kyle Chandler (Friday Night Lights)
- William Petersen (CSI)
- Scott Grimes (ER)
- David Boreanaz (Bones)

CSI: Miami – Episode 8.05 – Bad Seed
Air Date: TBD
This is interesting. Very often we see multiple cases of deadly E. Coli deaths and illnesses in the news. But for some reason, Horatio has the CSI: Miami team investigate these as murder. I can’t wait to find out how he knows it’s malicious and not accidental…
STORY LINE: When a virulent strain of E. Coli kills four people in the Miami area, Horatio opts to investigate a case of murder by bacteria… [Source: SpoilerTV]
