According to TV Guide, Mac Taylor will have a new love interest later this season on CSI: NY. She’ll be played by actress Madchen Amick who you may know from her previous roles on Californication, Gossip Girl or My Own Worst Enemy.
If you’re like me, you’ve been at least partially hoping that Mac & Stella would get together. They seem to have such great chemistry. But this new recurring role will be Mac’s first venture into a relationship since Peyton Driscoll, played by Claire Forlani, left the show a couple of seasons ago. CSI Stars & Director Get NAACP Image Award Nominations

Today, the nominations for the 41st NAACP Image Awards were announced and the CSI series all had notable nominations to boast.
The awards celebrate outstanding work by people of color in a number of different entertainment categories. We won’t know the winners until the show airs on FOX on Friday February 6, 2010. I’ll let you know more as the air date approaches.
CSI: Miami actor Adam Rodriguez, CSI: Vegas actor Laurence Fishburne and CSI: NY actor Hill Harper were among the nominations this year. One of the wonderful CSI: Vegas directors, Paris Barclay was honored with a nomination too.
