Yes, I admit it. The A&E show, The First 48 is not actually part of the CSI franchise. It’s not even a fictional show. My thoughts were way off about Horatio getting shot in somehow in this episode. I thought the episode was good overall, but I’m wondering if I may have been expecting too much. It just seemed like a middle of the season episode to me except for the twist about Horatio’s son. I’m sure that will be a plot line throughout this season, him trying to reconnect and be the father he never was before.

We had a poll awhile back asking which character was going to be killed of next season and the winner was Jorja Fox’s Sara Sidle.

I just ran across this tidbit on Parade.com.
Q. How did readers react to your opinion that CSI: Miami’s David Caruso is a better actor than CSI’s William Petersen? —Donna Staser, Floyds Knobs, Ind.
A. By a margin of 20 to 1, they disagreed. Typical comments: “You must be kidding.” And, “If William Petersen left CSI, I’d quit watching it.”
