Last week, CBS/Paramount released details for the C.S.I.: NY The Complete 4th Season on DVD. The 6-disc box set will hit shelves on September 23, and will include the entire 21 episode season in widescreen, and English, Dolby 5.1 audio. It will also include a commentary track by Executive Producer Anthony E. Zuiker for one of the episodes, plus 4 exclusive featurettes.

The SRP will be $69.99, but, of course, we all watch for the best deals. You can pre-order at Amazon

Well, I’ve done some research and found that we can all be just as cool, because we can own our own pair of them. I found them here for $24.99. They click together with little magnets on either side of the bridge of the nose.

In my mind, they offer three advantages their owner:

1. Until they are needed, they can hang around one’s neck. No longer would we have to fumble or search for our reading glasses each time we need them.
2. They would help us read things up-close. (This one is obvious!)
3. We would instantly gain “Cool points!” (enough said…)

No self-respecting CSI: Fanatic would dare not have one of them. I’m rather partial to the x-ray with the knife t-shirt, myself. But you can help educate your fellow non-CSI: Fanatics with the skull & definitions t-shirt. It has the definitions of entomology, toxicology & ballistics, among others.

But if you don’t wear t-shirts, you can surely find something to satisfy your inner CSI. I totally recommend that you go check out all the great things they have.
