The season 10 premiere of CSI: Vegas began with an amazing…I mean AMAZING 3-D look through the entire lab and lot outside where a huge incident was taking place. We see shards of glass and blood droplets in mid air, along with bullets frozen in their trajectories. Someone would have to have no sense of humor at all not to like this trailer for Thursday’s episode of CSI: Vegas. It’s the one where the writers and the guest stars are from Battlestar Gallactica. …a crime scene-decorated cake, that is!
Check out these fun photos of the cast & crew of CSI: Vegas when they celebrated their 200th episode yesterday on the lot at Universal Studios. The cake is hilarious! It’s a crime scene, complete with a chalk-body marking, crime scene tape and a magnifying glass. I love it!! It’s absolutely the most appropriate cake for the occasion.

LA Times TV critic Eric Deggans visited the Los Angeles set of CSI: Vegas on January 12 and spent some time with Robert David Hall. They aparently had time to have a little fun during the visit. LOL!

On Tuesday, William Petersen, aka Gil Grissom was honored with his own star on the Walk of Fame. For those of you who want to see it, it’s located in front of Musso’s & Franks Restaurant in Los Angeles.
And nearly all of his fellow CSI: Vegas co-stars were there to celebrate the occasion with him. I don’t see Lauren Lee Smith, Wallace Langham, Paul Guilfoyle or Gary Dourdan, But Robert David Hall, David Berman, Liz Vassey, George Eads, Jorja Fox, Eric Szmanda, Marg Helgenberger and Archie Kao all were there.

Fans of Robert David Hall know that he is the level headed, sometimes droll coroner on CSI: Vegas. He does only a few interviews usually, but I was thrilled to chance across this appearance recently on TV Guide’s Hollywood 411. He talks to Chris Harrison about what he thinks make CSI: Vegas so special and about the many cast changes for the series this season. And he’s releasing a CD of his own songs! He even oges on to talk about his involvement in the Barack Obama disability policy commitee. He’s a very cool guy!
