Any fan of CSI: Vegas knows that William Petersen played Gil Grissom for 9 years. Even though he has now left the show, we all still love him and wish him a happy 57th birthday today.

It looks like at least a portion of this CSI: Vegas episode will involve golf players. And I like it that Langston is so involved in many of this season’s cases. Laurence Fishburne is fantastic!!

Today, the nominations for the 41st NAACP Image Awards were announced and the CSI series all had notable nominations to boast.
The awards celebrate outstanding work by people of color in a number of different entertainment categories. We won’t know the winners until the show airs on FOX on Friday February 6, 2010. I’ll let you know more as the air date approaches.
CSI: Miami actor Adam Rodriguez, CSI: Vegas actor Laurence Fishburne and CSI: NY actor Hill Harper were among the nominations this year. One of the wonderful CSI: Vegas directors, Paris Barclay was honored with a nomination too.

CSI: Vegas star Marg Helgenberger was on the red carpet recently at the 2009 AFI Fest presentation of the new movie from The Weinstein Company The Road, held at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles.
Despite reports that she and her husband Alan Rosenberg had split, the two were there together. They both look very happy. Either they are apart, but still very close friends, or they are back together. Either way, I wish them both well.

I’m pretty surprised that Hill Harper & Carmine Giovinazzo were left out of Buddy TV’s Top 100 Sexiest Men of 2009 list. Haven’t they noticed these two hotties? I think they need to have their eyes examined…

I found some great photos of CSI: Vegas veteran Gary Dourdan and his girlfriend Maria Del Alamo. They spent Christmas in Madrid, Spain where they went to the Tablao (Flamenco bar) Cafe de Chinitas. The reports also say that they had a great time singing traditional flamenco songs.
Sounds like a terrific holiday to me! I’m glad he looks happy.

Last night, we saw the third part of the all-CSI crossover trilogy. I was so excited to see Laurence Fishburne on all three CSI series, and I knew the story would be gripping. I was not disappointed about either. But I felt just a bit like the three parts were a bit too different. Is it just me?
