Everyone, please join with me in sending birthday wishes to CSI: NY star Robert Joy. Robert plays the medical examiner, Dr. Sid Hammerback on the show. Today is his 58th birthday.

This week, CBS held their huge Summer Press Tour Party. There were tons of stars at the event, including some from CSI: NY. Here are photos that were taken of Hill Harper, who plays Dr. Sheldon Hawkes; Robert Joy, who plays Dr. Sid Hammerback and A.J. Buckley, who plays Adam Ross on the show. They look like they were having a great time.

On November 1, the cast of CSI: NY held a party at the Edison Hotel to celebrate their 100th episode. They all looked like they had a great time and there’s even a photo of Anna Belknap showing her baby bump!

At the Maroon 5 concert in the park, a fight in the excited crowd becomes a small riot. The police use soft rounds to take down the fighters. Eliza Carpenter, a college student fleeing the action, collapses and dies, right in front of a city bus. She appears to have suffered a blow to the trachea, probably from a stray riot control soft round. The woman has a lot of face and body paint.

Stella is in one of the choppers, as the force searches for Mac and “Joe”, his kidnapper. She receives a call with a tip that the car may be near or on the George Washington Bridge (GWB), headed for Fort Lee, NJ. Mac, however, pops up, on screen, in the river. CSI: NY – Episode 5.01 – Veritas

When we last saw Mac Taylor on CSI: NY, he was being held captive by the “bank robber” and was being made to drive to places unknown. We were made to wait until season 5 premieres to find out his fate.
CBS just released information about the season premiere and the information is after the jump.

Stars from CSI: Vegas, CSI: NY & CSI:Miami all converged on the CBS, CW and Showtime Press Tour at Boulevard 3 in Los Angeles on July 18. I found some photos of many of them at the event and they are all truly looking good! It makes me excited for the new seasons to begin!! Check them out:
