One is a John Doe, discovered on a world-class Vegas golf course, and the possible victim of a bad case of sibling rivalry. The other, “Nevada Rose” Demille, a beautiful sports groupie, and heavily sought-after barfly, well-known at the trendiest casinos and clubs. When her nude body is found, Willows and Warrick find a trail that seems to lead to “The Fireball”, a major leaque pither, who’s a future Hall of Famer, and a womanizer, who had a recent, very public affair with “Nevada Rose”.

Summer CSI: NY Fix - Four Walls
June 20, 2008 by Jonathan

If you’re jonesing for some fresh CSI: NY action, this summer, pick up a copy of the novel CSI: New York: Four Walls. [Ah, those colons. Get William Safire on the horn, Schnell!]
The novel, written by Keith R. A. DeCandido, puts Mac and the team in the middle of a medium security prison on Staten Island, where two homicides have taken place. While one death has plenty of witnesses and evidence, the other turns out to be one of those CSI puzzlers, where the apparent cause of death changes as new evidence is discovered.
At the same time, Stella and Lindsay investigate the murder of a young woman from a Bronx bakery. Of course, the best suspect doesn’t seem to match up with the gruesome murder scene.
