The producers set it up so that you think it would be her and not some one else. Personally I think it will be Angell or Flack because if you look at the geust stars it has someone as Angells father. The Greek tried once to kill her remember? Now will succeed. The episode before last has a description "Stella gets in big trouble when Mac finds out she didn't follow an order. " We know what order is about, the order to leave the Greeks case alone. The half season was about only about her, I know for sure is about her but I don't know if they'll kill her for good or will magically recover like Horatio in the next season to keep us on our tows.
