Marg Helgenberger on Cover of Healthy Living Magazine

If you get the chance, be sure to pick up a copy of the Fall 2008 issue of Healthy Living Magazine. The cover is graced with a lovely photo of Marg Helgenberger. (I don’t have permission to publish the article or the images, but you can go here for the scans. But even better would be to pick up the issue.)

In the article, she talks about working on a farm in her youth as well as in her father’s meat packing plant. (Yikes! I guess that’s part of the reason she isn’t grossed out by the sight of crime scene “blood.”)

She also tells us that she meditates and does yoga regularly. Both help her keep in the right frame of mind and lower her stress level with the long hours of shooting.
