CSI: Miami star David Caruso has thrown his dollar into the ring with a new venture, Lexicon Digital Communications. Lexicon promises to deliver streaming content to mobile devices, regardless of source format. So, now your Flash-challenged mobile phone will allow you to view YouTube videos, and your iPhone will proudly display online Windows media files.
