CSI: Vegas Finale Trailer – What Happens to Warrick?

CBS has released this trailer for the season finale episode of CSI: Vegas. It looks like Warrick may leave the show because he’s in big trouble! He’s had more than his share of “situations” this season, and now it looks like it will all start to finally catch up to him. I’m still sad that Gary Dourdan is leaving the show, but this still looks like it could be an exciting season finale!

Yeah i was shocked like most of you. i was like OMG, but then i did start wondering and picking up on the clues. Nick is still in the cafe. Warrick turned down the radio, and the gun wasnt silenced. and we only know of his Neck wound. we dont know where the second gunshot hit. so im praying he still lives. i love CSI:LV its the only good one.

OMG I got so mad that I kicked my TV across the room ! What about him and Catherine !? They were so totally getting together you could tell ! UGH !!! PLEASE CBS DONT KILL WARRIK ! He’s to damned hot and sexy ! .
i’ve just watched this heart-wrenching episode last night. yup, we are way behind you. but anyway, i almost choked on my burger when he was shot. damn it! why must u do that? why are u so mean?! whatever problem he’s facing in his real life is not an excuse for u to kick him out just like that. havent you heard about appreciation? he’s been with you for so long. like others, he was the main attraction that get me glued to my tv everyweek. warrick has been in trouble for the last few episodes. you can always had suspended from duty so that warrick as well as gary can get things right. why cant you do that? urgh i hate you! really feel like kicking your ass!
I really hope that the writers look how huge is the Gary’s fanation and they gonna let him live he was one of the reasons CSI las vegas was popular than the others, don’t take us appart of warrick.

warrick no merece dejar el programa de esa manera, si eso ocurre deberian darle la oportunidad y la ayuda necesaria para que pueda resolver sus problemas, se supone que son un equipo por lo tanto, deben demostrar la union y amistad que los ha hecho triunfar como programa

Before I comment on anything, the S9 episode list on imdb.com has synopsis info that says “Spoilers!” Obviously it may not be true, but whether it is or isn’t, it’s pretty detailed.
Now, I have been reading tons of comments and let me say that the “black guy dies first” tradition does not apply here. The first to die was Holly–even though she didn’t have a big appearance: She was introduced, portrayed personality, was sent to a job and then shot.
It is interesting however, that the man (Warrick) who was allegedly the result of her death, ends up being shot too. Parallel Universe……..
One comment said Warrick should live but be in a coma and I don’t believe that at all. Why would Gary agree to appear in several 60 second shots of him in a hospital bed for who knows how long?
If there is a way for the writers to keep him in (without a coma) that works well enough into the storyline, then I’m all for it. Waking up from a nightmare might work, although I can’t picture anything tying to that.
Otherwise, what’s done is done and fussing won’t change it. If a person was shot through the neck (especially twice) with good accuracy, as it was clearly shown, and remained alive, I would imagine a person might only live mere minutes without immediate medical intervention. Asphyxiation, bleeding into the lungs, not to mention possible nerve damage (spinal cord) is hard to come back from.
If it’ll help any, I did have a strange dream of a possible premiere where Warrick does survive after some wierd, miracle surgery work or something and had a big scar running down his neck. How I could possibly dream that is beyond me.
I know Warrick should have seen that coming, or at least been suspicious. How many fully dressed people–especially ranking supervisors just happen to stroll down deserted alleys and stick there head through an open car window just to pay a compliment?
please let warrick live he’s my favorite character, why do they always kill the good one’s. like speed in csi miami….I really like his character too..stop doing that……..

i even had a feeling (when they were still inside that restaurant) that something bad’s going to happen! and yes! waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. why?? pourquoi??? why do they have to kill Warrick! i was hoping that he and catherine would u know become couples !hehehe.. grrrrrrrrrrrrrawwwwrrrrr curse this!!! grrrraawwwwwrrrrrrr!!!!!

I am somewhat torn about Warrick leaving. On the one hand, thank GOD! That bickering with Grissom EVERY SINGLE EPISODE was getting annoying. On the other hand, he’s got the depth that makes him a good character. He’s one of the individuals who can think outside the box to greater effect.
Same goes for Sara. That office romance thing was unexpected and cheesy. In the first and possibly second season (I’m not very well revised at the moment) Sara makes a point that Grissom doesn’t understand her, what with the cheeseburger mentions and asking her to handle meat evidence when she explains she is a vegetarian. I wouldn’t date someone like that.

i hope ur ratings go way down and ur shows get cancelled because i will not spend 1 more min. of my time watching shows u start n never finish… yes actors do get in drama but life happens and its never perfect but chances should be given there are many things u can do i mean if there are so many ideas, comments on this page that people come up with how could it be that what u so call “professionall writers can’t come up with? USE UR FREAKEN IMAGINATION CABRONES!!! i own all the seasons of CSI i am so loyal that i hate csi:miami n NY is not bad but u were my numero 1!! u definatly killed the show n bringging warrick back would only make it worse not credible omg u guys should watch *FRIENDS* the show those producers know what they were doing CBS u suck i hate u im dissapointed and i love t.v. so much i can’t literaly stop watching it but ur chanel is forever blocked………….!!!!!
p.s friends show is a whole nother world n way different soap opera from csi but the main point is dat they succeeded because they had creative, talented imaginations.
So I was just watching this episode for the first time and I totally called that he was framed because I’m like “no there’s no way Warrick would kill someone. The writers wouldn’t do that to a main character.” And it turns out I was right about him being framed. So then when he was MURDERED!!! I was like “WHAT?!?! Did that really just happen? Did that ACTUALLY happen?” And I got online to see if it did. I’m PISSED!
I cannot believe they would kill Warrick off the show. Sure it made a great twist at the end but my god! I’m so angry that he’s off the show now! CSI is not going to be nearly as good as it would’ve if Warrick had lived. Bad Move.
Then ending of the premiere was awesome. When Nick and the killer faced off in the woods and the killer screamed at Nick to shoot him, saying things like “What kind of friend are you?” Brass hears a gunshot and finds the killer on the ground and Nick pointing the gun right at him. When he asks what the gunshot was, Nick looks up and almost smiles saying “A miss…” I had to grin at that too. What kind of friend was he? A true friend.
