Hip, Hip, Hurray! the Strike is Finally Over!!
Here’s the official announcement from TVGuide.com:
There were times during the past three months when we never thought we’d say it, but… the WGA strike is officially over. According to the WGA websites, members voted by 92.5 percent to lift the strike order that was enacted Nov. 5.
According to all reports, the writers are back to work, as early as today!!
So, what does this mean for CSI fans? Here’s what TVGuide says:
CSI
Expected to shoot 6 new episodes to begin airing on April 3.CSI: Miami
Expected to shoot 8 new episodes to begin airing on March 24.CSI: NY
Expected to shoot 7 new episodes to begin airing on April 7.

YES i’m so happy cause i luv csi:ny and they were having a great season and that was sorta a rip off that they didn’t get to finish the season and it’s the same thing with csi and csi: miami and now it’s time to party! :) :) :) :) :)

The CBS press release has CSI: NY returning April 2, April 7 isn’t even a Wednesday.
BTW, latest news, all three CSIs (as well as 8 other shows) have been officially renewed for next season.
