CSI:Miami Season Premiere – What Did You Think?

My thoughts were way off about Horatio getting shot in somehow in this episode. I thought the episode was good overall, but I’m wondering if I may have been expecting too much. It just seemed like a middle of the season episode to me except for the twist about Horatio’s son. I’m sure that will be a plot line throughout this season, him trying to reconnect and be the father he never was before.

I am not sure where they are going with the whole son deal but it was nice. I really like the Jake/Caleigh thing but I can’t stand Eric acting semi-jealous. What is that about? The episode itself was good and brought us up to date with all of the cast members.
I thought the entire show was AMAZING!!! I’m so excited that it’s back on. Horatio will make a great father. I think it’s kind of funny watching Eric with Jake. And let’s hope that Natalia will learn to shoot better! I just love this show and the characters!!!

Why do they always try to make eric a hot head. He is the kind of guy that needs his butt kicked.
Theiir season premiers are usually not that great. The best CSI Miami episodes are usually closer to Marc, April sweeps. I think what I sensed is Horatio betraying Eric abit with asking Ryan to do the dirty work. Lingering doubts about Eric’s competence and Calleigh is looking less stable. I thought Frank was nearly set up to be shot. What is up with the Yelena character he obviously trusts her alot, more so than eric and Calleigh at this point. There is a sense of betrayal somewhere down the road. Eva Larue was just eye candy in the episode, not much from her character. i hate the new coroner. There was also a new guy who they didn’t really introduce. did he replace Rick, horatio’s nemesis?
Other than the really bad acting, the atrocious writing, and a pathetic plot – it was pretty good. I would like to see Horatio really get killed as he is so bad.
I’ts always exciting to see David Caruso and his talent back on the screeN! no one can hold a pair of sunglasses in such a meticulous yet sinister way as Horatio Cane! I must admit though I was hoping for a more dramatic season premeire. I was’nt dissapointed but I thought it could have been a bit more intense with some of the storyline. For instance in some strange sort of way I was actually hoping that Wolf had something to do with Horatio’s death! But, then again what kind of a story line would that have promoted? Because Wolf would have been taken away to prison and they would have lost one of the main cast members.(not really an option)I just hope the rest of the season has some suprises and twists! I will stay tuned to find out!
I am more and more involved with the show and each character, but especially with the humanity of Horatia and his family connections. This is not only with his newfound son, but also with his in-laws. Thanks, what a great show.

um….didnt horatio get shots at the season finale??? and now hes on the beach helping w/ a murder investigation….does anyone else find this odd?
Dis show if off the chain. People try to call me at the time of the shows and I have me fone turned off. I could watch dis show all-day, every-day.
I give this a 5 star rating I was for real thinking haratio really was going to be killed off this can’t happen he is csi. I watch this show more then anyone will ever know. Thanks for keeping it real. One thing please try to get more of these shows in other city’s. help haratio simle more maybe fall in love and show how he can be a lover.
I really enjoy this move…haratio, eric and all the cast do a awsome job, hope to see alex on the show every now and then…now to find out who is the betrayer if there is one…I would love it if no one else leaves the show because thats what make is what it is today…..
