Is Gil Rubbing Off on William Petersen?

August 30, 2007 by Jason

BuddyTV has a nice little bit about William Petersen talking about his character’s, Gil Grissom’s, personality on the show as compared to his own.

“I was terrible in school at science,” he told WOWOW.  “He was so different than me, and so it was interesting for me to be able to try and do something that I was not familiar with.  Since then, I’ve become very attracted to science, so it was a good thing for me.”

Grissom goes on to state that playing the part of Gil has really changed him as an individual off the set and caused him to appreciate many more things.
