DNA Evidence May Exonerate Convicted Murderer Serving 281 Years
This news story in Indianapolis caught my eye today. There was a murder 22 years ago and the guy was sentenced to 281 years. Lawrence C. Gregory-Bey shot Dwayne F. Bible twice in the head and held four other people hostage at a McDonald’s restaurant.
DNA testing of evidence potentially could set him free.

How many years do they give for holding four hostages? Besides, what’s the point of giving him 218 years, he could never live that long. Well, that’s the law for you. Not that I have anything against it.

They wanted to emphasize that even with good behaviour he would more than likely die in jail. I don’t think you can get more than a certain amount of reduction in your sentence for good behavior. So, this in fact kept him in permanently. His only option for ever getting out is if this DNA confirms it wasn’t him that did the murders. I’m not sure it will.

DNA evidence proves what Lawrence Gregory-Bey has been saying for the last 22yrs.If a man has a child DNA proves he’s the father of that child he is to pay childsupport right away. Now we have a prosecutor fighting DNA evidence. Now how could this be, this is cruel and unjust.ON top of his time spent in prison.NOt real !
