New CSI Has Been Cast For CSI: Vegas
Here’s the latest scoop from TVGuide.com:
Jessica Lucas, whose credits include TV’s Life As We Know It and such big-screen fare as She’s the Man, The Covenant and J.J. Abrams’ mystery monster movie, has been cast on CBS’ CSI: Crime Scene Investigation in the recurring role of “a vivacious analyst,” says the Hollywood Reporter.
The new character, which was first reported on by Ausiello, is said to be a new addition to Grissom’s team, and not a replacement per se for Jorja Fox’s perhaps-ill-fated Sara.

Wait! She’s not white…is that allowed? [/sarcasm]
I like the idea of brining in a new CSI (rather than another lab rat). Hopefully she’ll help shake up the dynamic on the show.

She is totally the replacement for Sara. Who are the CSI: peoples kidding. But I think that another CSI: will be good, and another minority. I’m suprised that they don’t have a Hispanic-American CSI:, since there are a lot of Hispanics in Las Vegas.

I think she’s great and absolutely gorgeous. I think she and Greg should totally hook up, they would be a really hot couple!
