Could the Miniature Killer Be….?

by Lynn on April 28th, 2007

jorja_fox-1.jpgOk, I just have to throw this out there to see what all of you think of it too.

I have been reading and hearing the “BUZZ” about the identity of the miniature killer. The gossip is that the it will turn out to be Sara Sidle herself.

Think about it: Ausiello tells us that the killer will be unlike the usual killers and will be someone we are familiar with.

All the spoilers tell us that Sara will be missing in the last episode, and we know that she does not yet have another contract in place beyond this season.

Could it be? I think it could be possible. She has had a history of “instability” at times, comes from a chaotic past and is rather private. Sounds like it could be plausible.

So what do you think, dear readers and fellow fans? Is it Sara? Is the rumor definitely false? Please vote and tell us what you think!! :-)

I hope you got my point..:P the point that it NEVER could be Sara Sidle! :P

Sara’s sister .. the cleaning lady?

A penchant for miniature doll’s houses!

No it is not her, because that would just be to evil, i mean we have followed these people in a couple of years and we fell we know theme. and she will know that if she did somethinge like that she can be sure that Grissom never would look to her side!!!

    Let’s think about this….

    Pros:
    She was in foster care
Has the whole vegetarian thing going on
    Detail-oriented and obsessive
Knowledgeable of forensic techniques and how to avoid getting caught
Knows Grissom’s involvement with the case, his address, that he would be gone, etc. to mail the package
    Great twist

    Cons:
    Seems to genuinely like Grissom
Would really piss off the audience

Jon, very good summary of the pros and cons.

Just one question (teasing you…) are you saying that the vegetarian thing is crazy? ;-)

One more pro: she had drinking-on-the-job or coming-in-drunk issues a couple of seasons ago and admitted that she’s had a lot of trust issues…

I personally can’t wait to see how it all turns out!

If you remeber she once told Warrick that she is a vegetarien because of what Grissom did to that pig in sex, lies and lavaes. She migth have had a lot of trouble but I dont thinke that she possible can do anythinge like that. She knows it is wrong and that it will destroy everythinge.
And its exspecially when it is women that have been murded that she get in with her emotions, so why would she ever kill women???

Voted “No.” Sara having had a troubled past and having had difficulties dealing with touchy stuff at work as a result absolutely does not add up to “unstable basketcase.” The producers and writers have stated that when they first started thinking that Sara might have some tragedies in her past, their whole aim was to explore that and NOT turn the character into a circus act. Why on earth would they want to do a total 360º on that now?

Plus, whoever it is, the writers will have to explain the killer’s access. Even a good CSI would need lots of viewings of the scenes to do the miniatures. If Sara’s the MCSK, CSI has jumped the shark. :P

It wouldn’t be a great twist; it would be a lame gimmick.

I think it is lady Heather. It would make a wicked twist! She has a shady past and a connection to Grissom. She also could have touched all the victom’s lives in some way. If it turns out to be Sara I may never watch CSI again. : ( I love the chemistry between Grissom and Sara they are the most secrective characters yet are atttracted to each other; making them more open. It is truly interseting to see where it will go!

i dont think sara is the killer, but i do think she is the victim. im thinking either grissom or lady heather is the killer. but , i think grissom may just be makin the miniature to try and see from the killers point of view

C’mon, it’s totally Lady H. The audience loves the GSR thing (well, most of them) but we all know in the back of our minds that Grissom still has feelings for Lady H. Therefore, if he and Sara don’t work out, he’s always got another option. So, Lady H finds out about GSR, flips her lid. loses this famous control thang she’s got goin on and tries to kill Sara… I’d put money on it.

I was told by a friend who goes to a spoilers site that the killer is a female that was in foster care andwas forced to was the blood out of her sisters clothes after she fell out of a tree and died. That is why bleach is the trigger and why the doll is involved ……So what do we know about Lady Heathers past and what would give her control issues? isnt it interesting that both women in Grissoms life resemble each other? Could Sara be another sister of Lady Heather’s they not know it? Would be a heck of a twist!

  • missboon
    May 6, 2007 at 8:09 am

Another thought! What if the one sister did not die but was in the hospital and then they were placed in seperate foster care homes. If they were young enough they would believe anything they were told and that would make for some mental torment!

come on, The kille cant impossible be Grissom or sara. and if it was Grissom he wouldnt kill Sara, he has feelings for both Sara and Lady Heather, and he have had feelings for Sara in long time, even before we meet them. Why schould he kill her??? Can some one please tell me what the talk about sisters is??? we arent that long in Denmark…

I read somewhere else that it could be Hodges…I like this ending. Hodges had a thing for Sara a while back..and there’s no arguing he’s weird and egotistical enough to be a serial killer…although I would love it if Sara was out of the show one way or another…not that I mind the GSR. It’s the only interesting thing Sara Sidle has ever done on CSI.

I know who the MCSK is (and yes it’s a reliable source)!!!! But i’m not telling :P It’s someone you’d least expect! That’s all i’m saying :D

I’d least expect Sanders…He had/has a thing for Sara. Coming to think of it, so did Super Dave (Assist. Coronor) and remember that medic dude? I can’t wait that long… Just whisper it in my ear.

Unless, Nick is secretly still messed up from the end of S5, or, Paul Millander didn’t really die all those years ago. But, in the show, there’s always a hint. Like, in Nick’s stalker episode before he gets kicked outta the window, his stalker is hanging around in the background as he and Warrick enter the house. So it makes me feek ill that i’ve missed all these hints,,,

My husband, a proponent of the Gris as killer theory says that there are obvious signs that it’s him. He cites the fact that we’ve always know Gil was a little “off” and asocial, and that if Sara does go missing, it has to be him because he contends that the model Gris was making is of his own apartment, the view we saw way back in episode 23, “The Strip Strangler”…offering that maybe he will kill Sara at his house, thus revealing his identity. He says that Gil is also an adreline junkie, which we know from the fact that he “unwinds” by riding roller coasters. Serial killers seem to need the “rush” of killing someone to satiate their appetite. He also points out that the note Gil left for Sara contains Shakespeare’s Sonnet #47, which along with Sonnet #46, makes up what scholars call the Eye/Heart war sonnets and even speaks of a coroner’s inquest, a trial and a verdict. He thinks this would be the sort of “clues” that Gil would leave. Which is true, but I think that’s all too deep for a TV Show..lol. I still like Hodges, who, as you remember, knew the combination to the boxes the miniatures were in, took credit for all the “discoveries” in the Lab Rats episode, and has seemed to involved himself more and more frequently where this case is concerned. Either way, it’s surely very compelling TV! Also, one point that my husband and I agree on: we probably won’t actually find out what happened until next season! Gotta love season finale cliff hangers!

PS-On an intersting note, I looked at IMDB.COM to find our who one of the guest stars last week was, and I peeked at what they had for this week…for cast, they list only 2 actresses (total, like no regular cast or anything) in which they list Melinda Clarke (Lady Heather) and Liz Vassey (Wendy Simms). Wonder if we’re all wrong and Wendy did it. Wouldn’t that be a hoot!

Um, hasn’t Sofia Curtis just shot a pilot for ABC? Didn’t she have a thing for Gil a while back? And didn’t Sara hate her after she arrived in S5??

  • Meee
    May 7, 2007 at 11:38 pm

I dont thinke Sara hated her, she just wasnt to happy with her, because Sara already felt a littel outside team because of her past. Honsestly I dont thinke it s anyone from ther team or the lab, that is the murder!!!!!! Why would they suddenly turn the serie that way???

I voted ‘No’, mainly because i don’t think it’s likely (plus i don’t want it to happen). BUT, i think she may have something to do with the killer (even if she doesnt know it) - i just watched ‘the monster in the box’ ep (think thats the title!) and in the home video shown at the end, the last moment is a girl coming into the frame and stopping two boys from fighting - her face is convieniently obscured, mostly, but what i did see looked suspiciously like sara….
so, i think she knows the killer (but doesn’t know it herself) because she was a foster child with ernie at the same time as the killer.

Have any of you visited the CBS sponsored site, Miniaturekiller.com? You can listen to two voice messages which were left “for the killer” by two of the victims. The messages obviously pinpoint that the killer was running CLEANING errands for his/her victims. In the first, the killer is told to clean the victim’s sweats, using bleach. In the second, the killer is told that he/she is fired, because the rug wasn’t properly bleached. In any case, one of the killer’s occupations is CLEANING. The killer was supposed to clean sweats and bleach a rug. Does anyone know about a housekeeper, made or anything of the sort?

  • Zach
    May 8, 2007 at 6:07 pm

ya,. i watched that too, but the only house maid i could think of was the one from izzy’s house who was already ruled out. just to clarify, hodges didnt know the combinaqtion to the miniature. grissom actually left them unlocked. what i dont get is why the letter that grissom didnt send to sara was at his house, instead of thrown away at the place he went for a month, was he home all along? but if grissom is the killer, y would Del try to protect him?

  • Amazed
    May 8, 2007 at 7:17 pm

Hrm…I had not realized that about the combinations. And yes, I agree with you TD about the cleaning stuff…but all the CSI’s have a life outside the lab…maybe one of them owns a cleaning service? That would be a great moonlighting job for someone who knows how to clear a scene. Just a thought. It’s all very mysterious!

I just read this on another site…I can’t take credit for the theory, but it’s a good one…

    Why “bleach”?
There are some details in this entire thing about the miniature killer that leads to the answer of this question.
B : blunt force traume (Izzy Delancey’s death, 1st miniature)
    L : liquid nicotine (Penny Garden’s death, 2nd miniature)
    E : electrocution (Raymundo Suarez’s death, 3rd miniature)
    A : asphyxiation (Barbara’s/Officer Kaman’s death, 4th miniature)
C : car crash (Sara in trouble?)
H : hanging (will the miniature killer commit suicide?)

CBS is giving us two major clues in those voicemail messages at Miniaturekiller.com. I suggest that you all review them, and try to deduce who it might be. It’s obvious that CSI fans (as a whole) have seen the killer before, and we should be able to figure it out. I suggest checking out the cleaning lady, who is shown at the very end of the “EMPTY EYES” episode on youtube. There is a decent chance that this cleaning lady had a stint at both Izzy Delancey’s & Penny Garden’s homes.

If it’s not this cleaning lady, I doubt that its a member of the CSI team. Let me suggest that the Cleaning Lady also has a connection to Train Model maker, possibly an unknown foster child.

Is that the dude who killed all the girls on campus? Yeah, Series 5 “Mea Culpa”. He was an accomplice to the guy executed in “The Execution of Catherine Willows”. I bet you’re on the right track. Some one sooo guilty that they couldn’t pin the tail on the donkey. But who’s actually that smart?

In last week’s episode, David (autopsy asst) announced that his wife was into the details of the job. David is obviously a geek and would find a wife in the place he spent the most time, the office. At the end of one of the episodes, after Gil & Sara were done talking, they focused on a blond haired cleaning lady mopping the floor (with bleach?). I think she’s David’s new wife and had insinuated herself in the lab to see how well she can trick Grissom and get back at him. I think she’s the sister of the rookie CSI who got killed because Warrick dropped her off. Making fools of all the CSI’s would be her revenge. I think Gil is making the miniature to reveal her capture/confession.

I seriously hope that it isnt Grissom. I thought it might be him from a month or so back, but I think that Grissom wouldnt do it because of the whole nobility of being a crime scene investigator and stopping crime thing. I do have to say that the whole thing makes me think of the book ten little indians/ and then there were none. Grissom might be doing it because now he wants to see what it really is like to be a killer just like the judge in that book. If it is Grissom however I think that I would have to wash my hands of CSI forever. Grissom (i know hes a fictional charactor) is one of my heros. I will still have Horatio to fall back on (although who knows for how much longer) if it is Grissom. I dont think that it is him though. I also hope that Sara doesnt die or leave the show in any other way. I am surprised that this isnt the end of CSI altogether. this would be a trilling way too end the show. I love CSI and I sooo hope it isnt Grissom.

there is no way in hell it’s sara come on now who in the world thinks it’s sara?

  • Anhriette
    May 12, 2007 at 10:06 am

I definitely don’t think it’s Sara! For one, she is too close to most of the people at CSI and one of them would have already begun to suspect her if there was even an inkling that she might be the one. My theories are:

    1. Dr. Lurie because he got away with murdering Debbie and her new boyfriend, and she looked just like Sara, and since Sara is going to be killed in the last episode, it stands to reason that Dr. Lurie would go after the one woman that reminds him of Debbie. He would also like to taunt Grissom because they were unable to hold him for the murder.
    2. Heather - because Grissom could not catch her daughter’s killer on his own. She had to demean herself by making love to her daughter’s killer in order to catch him, and also probably because she is not really in love with Grissom, but wants to dominate him completely.
    3. Hodges - because he has been acting weird all season, and also because he knows the ins and outs of how to commit a murder without being caught.

Sara gets killed in the finale this thursday. I read that we won’t see Sara get killed (she gets killed by the miniature killer before there caught) because Jorja Fox didn’t show up to tape her death part.

Yeah, but they try to work Catherine into it some way since Jorja wouldn’t film her scenes. I’m sure this is all hearsay, but there’s no smoke without fire. I’ve just being re-watching some episodes. I’m gazumped. I originally thought Lady H but, in fairness, it could be ANYONE. Is it necessarily someone we’ve met?

  • Brianne Eppley
    May 15, 2007 at 1:25 pm

For one, they want to you think it’s Grissom but it’s someone you’d LEAST EXPECT. Secondly, do you remember how wigged out Hodges became when Greg called the “uncalled” cell phone number from Hodges’ phone? I’m very confused about one thing.. some of you are referring to Sarah’s sister, who is Sarah’s sister?

i was disappointed with the ending, and that the miniature killer was not someone we knew. im also disappointed with the fact that the killer was someone with a psychiatric problem and not someone that just wanted to out smart csi

    May 19, 2007 at 5:04 am

I work nights, so missed it. I checked out Wiki & on the Miniature Killer & Sara Sidle pages, they wrote a very detailed synopsis of 724. To be honest, I’m disappointed too. Firstly, because the Jorja Fox rumours appear to have legs and, secondly, every TV fan knows that when any shows writers run out of ideas, it’s carried over to another season. They’re a smart group of people. They could have & should have had a Plan B, especially if an actor is digging their heels in. What pisses me off the most though; like, how many CSI’s have had their lives interrupted by psychos? First, Holly. Then, Nick (Stalker & Grave Ending). Grissom (Paul Milleander stuff). Brass. Catherine. Greg. And, now Sara. It’s getting kinda old… It’s pretty obvious the start of Season 8 is going to be some lovey-dovey, pass the bucket, Sara-hanging-on- to-life with the CSI’s at her hospital bedside crap.. I think every one of them deserves a break, Sara survives, Grissom pops the question & they all live happily ever after. Like, someone needs to on that show. Like, why not put someone else dressed in Sara’s uniform under the car? And leave us wondering where the f*** she is? Now that’s a cliffhanger…

It wasn’t her. She’s not the miniature killer. It’s Natalie Davis or some crack like that. She was related to Ernie & he covered for her the whole time. She was getting revenge on Grissom by targeting Sara.
