Gil Grissom’s Conflict of Interest

William Petersen who plays the role of Gil Grissom deals with his conflict of interest known as theatre as he stars at Trinity Repertory Company’s stage production of Conor McPherson’s A Dublin Carol.

I wonder how Gil’s character would develop as he asked for a leave of absence for a number of episodes and CSI producer confirmed that writers have written the episode which places Gil on the edge of emotional breakdown that explains his absence.

The missed episodes of Gil will be on the month of January but hopefully he’s back a month after.

The last time I checked he confronts his problems riding a roller coaster; it seems it’s gonna be a very long ride for him to sort things out.
